This is easily the easiest hot tub cleaner I've ever used in my tub. So much easier than spending an hour at the pool store just to forget a sanitizer or something. I'd highly recommend Tub Tabs.

TubTabs was born when two Canadian friends - Glen Keleher & Dr. David Wood - frustrated by the cost of traditional spa care, complexity of chemicals needed, and the constant trips to the pool store - decided there had to be a better way.
What started as a casual conversation turned into a mission: strip away the chemical clutter, combine trusted science, and let people enjoy their hot tubs, not fight with them.

Glen Keleher
I'm a proud Canadian with a lifelong entrepreneurial streak. Over the past three decades, I’ve built and grown companies—sometimes from scratch—and been fortunate to have a couple of successful exits along the way. What drives me is spotting a need and creating something that truly solves it.
TubTabs came from that same spirit. I wanted to make hot tub ownership simpler and stress-free. Instead of juggling multiple chemicals and complicated instructions, we created a single, all-in-one system that keeps water clear and clean—so people can spend more time relaxing and less time maintaining.
I’m not the scientist or engineer here (that’s David’s department), but I love building teams, solving problems, and turning good ideas into products that genuinely make life easier. That’s what TubTabs is all about.
Dr. David Wood Ph.D, P.Eng
I’m a naturally curious tinkerer who loves to make—and often break—things just to see how they work. I hold both undergraduate and doctoral degrees in Environmental Engineering from the University of Guelph, specializing in air quality and air pollution control, with additional training in water quality and wastewater treatment. I began my career at an environmental startup, working on innovative air pollution remediation technologies, before moving into Climate Change in the retail sector at an iconic Canadian retailer.
Though I like to think of myself as entrepreneurial (if not always the best businessperson), my personal goal is simple: to create a product that people genuinely like, use, and find value in. And for the record—please don’t call me Dr. Wood; it sounds more like an adult film character than an engineer.
