At TubTabs, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your hot tub experience. If you encounter any issues, we are here to help.
Returns
- We do not accept returns of opened or used products due to the nature of our water treatment items.
- Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
- To initiate a return, contact us at info@tubtabs.com with your order number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@tubtabs.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable
- We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
